The words you’ve never said
For the people you love but never quite found the words for. No occasion required.

Choose a specific date, or send them after you’re gone.
Certainty
You choose the person and the day. We keep the letter sealed until then, and it still arrives if that day comes when you’re not here.
When it arrives
You write it today and it lands on the day you meant it for: her 18th, years from now. A birthday letter is a light thing to write, right up until you realize it still arrives if you’re not there to hand it over.
You set it on the letter itself, and you can change it any time before it leaves. Try both below — it is the same screen you get inside your account.
This letter arrives
Tag itOptional
It waits, and arrives once your trusted contacts have confirmed, after a waiting period.
How we know
This exists because one of your letters is waiting on it. If everything you’ve written is set to a date, we never check in at all.
You choose how often we should hear from you. Every time you sign in, that counts as a check-in and the clock starts again. If the whole period goes by without you, we email you to ask — one link, one click.
Check in on me every
If that email goes unanswered for a month, we write to the people you named. Until one of them answers, nothing moves, and your own link keeps working the whole time.
Who confirms
They are not the people you write to, and they are not in your People list. A trusted contact is only asked one question: whether you are still here.
Add a trusted contact
With the country code, in case we ever need another way to reach them.
Once a trusted contact confirms, there is still a week before anything is sent. If you sign in during it, everything stops and nothing is released.
Every occasion
5 kinds of letters, and a lifetime of reasons to write one. Find yours below, or write one no one’s thought of yet.
For the people you love but never quite found the words for. No occasion required.

The romantic letters, from the first date to the vows, and every anniversary after.
Written today, delivered on the day it matters, theirs or the calendar’s.

The things you’d want them to hear when they’re ready, written while you’re thinking of it.
The hardest words to leave, and the ones most worth leaving. Your voice, still arriving.

Certainty
Then nothing happens. We ask again, by email and by text, and a letter stays sealed the whole time. Nothing sends until a person you named confirms it.
We move to the next one, then the one after that. It is exactly why we ask for 3: an old inbox or a changed number is never the reason your words don’t arrive.
Replace them whenever you need to. We would rather you keep 3 names on the list, so there is always someone else to ask.
Any time. Add, remove or swap them as often as you like, and the change takes effect straight away.
No. They confirm the moment. They never see what you wrote, or who it was for.
No. If every letter you write is set to a date, we never check in and never ask you for a contact. It only exists if you ask for it.
With a person.
