Is writing really free?
Yes. Writing, editing, and keeping your letters is free forever, no card needed. You only pay when you want us to schedule and deliver them.
What happens to my letters if I cancel?
They stay yours. You can always read, edit, and export them. Scheduled deliveries simply pause until you’re back.
How are letters delivered after I’m gone?
On the delivery plan, you name trusted contacts who can confirm the moment. We take it from there, exactly as you asked.
Are my letters private?
The body of every letter is encrypted before it is stored, and the app shows it only to you until it is delivered — then to the person you wrote it for. The encryption key is kept on our servers, not on your device. We do not show ads and we do not sell your words. Our safety page explains exactly what that covers.
Can I change a letter after scheduling it?
Up until the moment it’s delivered, rewrite it, add photos, or move the date whenever you like.
What if a delivery doesn’t go through?
We try again. A delivery that does not go through is retried rather than dropped, and the letter stays in your account the whole time, so nothing is lost while it is sorted out.
